Apex Irrigation & Grading is a veteran-owned and operated business proudly serving Southwest Florida. Founded by Frank, a U.S. Army veteran, Apex was built on the same values learned through military service, discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and respect for the people we serve.
After leaving the Army in 2013, Frank began working in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience across multiple trades. He sharpened his skills in heavy civil construction, where precision, planning, and execution are critical. Over time, it became clear that true quality wasn’t about the size of a company, it was about doing the job right and communicating clearly every step of the way.
In 2019, Frank decided to start his own business with a focus on craftsmanship and customer service. Apex began with dirt work and concrete, then naturally evolved into landscape irrigation, grading, drainage, and hardscaping; services that require both technical knowledge and an eye for long-term performance.
Today, Apex Irrigation & Grading offers a full scope of specialized outdoor construction services for residential and small commercial projects. From efficient irrigation systems to precise grading, drainage solutions, hardscaping, and sod installation, our team is committed to delivering results that last.
